By using HeartGift, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

The service

HeartGift lets you create personalized digital gifts and share them as links. Each gift is a one-time purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use HeartGift to send threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content; to impersonate someone; or to violate any third party's rights. We may remove any gift that violates this policy without notice.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant HeartGift a non-exclusive license to display the content to your recipient. The HeartGift name, logo, and platform are ours.

Payments

Prices are in INR. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Gifts are delivered immediately as a shareable link.

Disclaimer

HeartGift is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [your city].
