Refund Policy

Because each HeartGift is created on demand and instantly delivered as a digital link, refunds are limited. We still want you happy — here's our policy.
When we refund
- Failed delivery: If the link doesn't generate after successful payment, we refund 100% within 7 working days.
- Duplicate charge: Razorpay charged you twice — full refund.
- Technical issue: If a gift experience is broken on the recipient's end and we can't fix it within 48 hours, full refund.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after the gift was successfully created.
- The recipient didn't like it.
- You typed the wrong name or message and shared anyway.
How to request
Email hello@heartgift.com with your Razorpay payment ID and a brief description. We respond within 2 working days.
Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 working days back to the original payment method.
